Shipping Policy

NORIAVELLE currently ships within the United States.

Shipping costs
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on every product currently offered. The shipping method and charge shown at checkout are the terms that apply to your order.

Processing and delivery
Orders generally require 2–3 business days for processing after payment is confirmed, followed by approximately 8–15 business days in transit. This means most orders are expected within approximately 10–18 business days after payment confirmation. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Product pages may include product-specific delivery notes based on the applicable fulfillment partner. Carrier, weather, peak-season, remote-area, or fulfillment-partner delays may extend delivery.

Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking can take time to update after shipment.

Multiple packages
Items from different fulfillment profiles may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged an additional standard U.S. shipping fee for a split shipment.

Address changes
Please confirm the shipping address before placing your order. If an error is noticed, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed or missing packages
If a shipment appears unusually delayed or lost, contact support@noriavelle.com so we can work with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
